Terms of Service
These terms apply to the website at lynq.build and to LYNQ Office, the content and social media tool at app.lynq.build. LYNQ is run by Mustafa Alqudah in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. By using them you agree to these terms. Website, design and marketing projects are also covered by the quote or agreement for that project; where the two differ, the project agreement wins.
What LYNQ Office does
LYNQ Office helps a business plan, draft, approve, publish and measure its social media content. It connects to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok and Google Ads through each platform's official tools, and only with your permission.
Your account
- Keep your sign-in secure and tell us right away if you think someone else is using it.
- Only connect social media accounts you own or are authorized to manage.
- You are responsible for what happens in your workspace, including the actions of people you invite.
Your content
You keep ownership of everything you upload or publish through LYNQ Office. You give LYNQ permission to store, process and publish that content only as needed to run the service for you, for example to post a video you approved to your TikTok account.
Drafts created with AI are suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing what you approve, and for making sure you have the rights to the text, images, music and videos you publish.
Platform rules
When you publish through LYNQ Office you must also follow the rules of the platform you publish to, including the YouTube Terms of Service, the TikTok Terms of Service, and the Meta and LinkedIn terms. A platform may refuse, limit or remove a post, and LYNQ can't control that.
Acceptable use
Don't use LYNQ or LYNQ Office to break the law, infringe someone else's rights, send spam, mislead people, publish harmful content, or interfere with the service or with the platforms it connects to. We may suspend access that does.
Availability
We work to keep LYNQ Office running and your posts going out on time, but the service is provided as it is, and we can't promise it will always be available or error free. Platforms change their tools and limits, which can delay or stop a post.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, LYNQ is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost followers. LYNQ's total liability for any claim about LYNQ Office is limited to the amount you paid LYNQ for it in the three months before the claim.
Ending use
You can stop using LYNQ Office and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may end or suspend access if these terms are broken. Our Privacy Policy explains what happens to your data.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
Changes and contact
If we change these terms we will update the date at the top of this page. Questions go to mustafa@lynq.build.
