Sofra was born from a family tradition of cooking for everyone who came through the door — relatives, neighbours, strangers who left as friends. The table was never small enough to say no.

Now based in Toronto, she brings those same recipes forward: kibbeh the way her grandmother made it, fattoush with whatever's freshest that week, musakhan with enough sumac to mean it. All made to order, all from scratch.
