Drift started as a small pour-over bar on Dundas West in 2019. We believed that specialty coffee didn't have to be intimidating — it just had to be honest. Every bean we source is traceable, every grind is timed, every pour is intentional.
We work directly with farms in Ethiopia, Colombia, and Guatemala — small lots, harvested by hand. The relationship matters as much as the result.
