Drift started as a small pour-over bar on Dundas West in 2019. We believed that specialty coffee didn't have to be intimidating — it just had to be honest. Every bean we source is traceable, every grind is timed, every pour is intentional.

We work directly with farms in Ethiopia, Colombia, and Guatemala — small lots, harvested by hand. The relationship matters as much as the result.

Every coffee we serve is traceable to a specific farm and harvest. No blending to cover flaws — just honest, clean coffee.

Brewed Fresh
We roast in small batches with our partners at Heart Coffee. Beans are never more than 10 days off roast when they reach your cup.

No rush counters, no loud music. Drift is designed to be a place where you actually stop — with a good cup and a quiet moment.
